The Healing Power of My Cat Pavlova. The Second Story

It is happened again. Last weekend, I did some heavy staff lifting around my house and woke up in the morning with severe back pain. I know what the cause of it was, but this knowledge did not help me to cope with the pain. My wife gave me some pills, applied some hot pads to my back, but there was no progress. On the third day when I was in bed, my cat Pavlova came to me and sat on the crouch on my right arm whole night. I discovered her in the morning by trying to release my right arm from “uncomfortable position” because my cat was sitting on it. I realized that my cat saved me again from this unfortunate health issue.  I think this is miracle. 90% of the pain was gone. I felt great again.  I did some research and find out that similar situations happened with many other people who are taking good care of those wonderful creatures!

The Healing Power of  My Cat Pavlova. The First story.

The first time it happened was in February of 2010. I signed to take hot yoga classes at the Bikram yoga studio in Farmington Hills, Michigan. My main goal was to improve the flexibility of my right knee. I signed for the 60 days challenge. Over 40 days I developed lot of benefits outside my target goal such as: I lost over 10 lbs during the first ten days, improved flexibility in different target areas outside my target goal, my energy level went up. Nothing seemed to help my real intention of improving my right knee. Pain was stopping me to enforce progress. Approximately after 40 days of every day one and half hours of hot yoga practice, I felt pain in my right knee during the time I’m went to bed. It was a reaction of enforcing progress too fast in this area of my main concern. Pain on a scale level was 8 out of 10. And something happened at one night.  My cat, Pavlova came to my bed and sat the whole night on my right knee. In the morning, I felt no pain in my knee. It was something unexpected and unbelievable from my point of view and in the way of traditional medicine. Since this morning, I started to apply more pressure to my knee until the pain level was too high to hold it. There was not much restrain to hold me to apply more pressure and develop the right grip during the Eagle Pose. On the 58th day, my goal was accomplished and I never felt better with the improvement with my right knee and ability to have a nice Eagle pose as many yoga advanced students are able to do. I completed my goal in 58 days. Many yoga students spent a few years in comparison to what can be done in two months. In this case, I address my success to my cat Pavlova, who was magically involved in the healing process of my devotion to get better and achieve progress.
