Three Parts

First part: initial evaluation of your individual problem and what I have to address to you specifically. This is what I need to know from you.
Second part: is the introduction to a new concept; it can be done by discussion in small groups.
Third part: is the personal discussion with each participant about understanding a new concept. Yes, it is time consuming for me but at least I can offer a price reduction and the ability to help more people.
Based on this information, I can do a follow up and support to each of these small group members. Development must take place during the next three months where all changes in your performance must occur.
The inability to see the real issue is one obstacle, the lack of experience to address and handle each problem is the second part,. The last one is not a monitored process of development during the most important period of time of the next one to three months.
